Tracy Lea, CFRE, Vice President, The Harrington Agency
Tracy has worked as a senior consultant in the field of "For Purpose" direct response integrated fundraising specializing in telephone fundraising for 30+ years and most recently includes experience working in the digital side of "For Purpose" fundraising. She has worked with and for International, National, Regional and local "For Purpose" organizations supporting environmental causes, humanitarian, animal welfare, women's organizations, human services, human rights, museums, hospitals and universities. Prior to working in direct response marketing, I worked in university development. As a former Social Worker, social services remains important to her.
She is active in the direct response marketing community and has her CFRE certification. Tracy was named the 2012 Volunteer of the Year by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and was the Co-Chair of the 2012 “Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference,” co-sponsored by the DMAW and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is currently on DMAW’s MAXI Awards Committee, Bridge Conference Steering & Leadership Committee; former President of DMAW. Member of Direct Marketing Fundraising Association, (DMFA), Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and AFP DC.
Brian Evangelista, Vice President, Lautman Maska Neill & Company
Bryan has a proven track record of successful fundraising and stellar client service for both large and small nonprofits, as well as an extensive knowledge in statistical reporting.
Bryan currently oversees the fundraising campaigns for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, United Spinal Association, Gay Men’s Health Crisis, The Actor’s Fund, and Masonic Home and School of Texas. He also works with analysts and data processors as head of the Analytics Department at Lautman Maska Neill and Company.
Prior to joining Lautman, Bryan worked with RTC Relationship Marketing where he focused on e-marketing development and strategy for AARP Membership and Services. Before that, he spent four years with Adams Hussey & Associates managing the direct marketing campaigns of various non-profit organizations – a broad range of fundraising experience that includes charitable, political and environmental work with groups like United Cerebral Palsy, AARP Foundation, AARP Advocacy and Defenders of Wildlife.
Bryan received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a double major in Marketing and Management. He is an active member and volunteer with DMAW.
