Maureen Wallbeoff, Technology Consultant & Coach, Maureen Wallbeoff Consulting

Maureen started her nonprofit career at Planned Parenthood of Connecticut in 1991, rising from counselor to eBusiness Director over a seventeen-year tenure. In 2008, along with several business partners, she opened the doors to Firefly Partners, a creative digital agency for nonprofits. A warm and skilled facilitator and national presenter, she loves to bring people together to breathe fresh life into their digital programs. Maureen has recently left her role as Vice President of Firefly and is now working as a solo practitioner, focused on helping nonprofits learn to navigate today’s complex technology platforms, design the right digital strategy, and get a good ROI on their technology investments.


Michael Sager, Chief Technology Officer, EMILY’s List

Mike Sager is the Chief Technology Officer for EMILY’s List, overseeing technology infrastructure as well as guiding data and software development.

Most recently, Mike led analytics software development at Burson-Marsteller. Previously, Mike had served as the Political Technology Director at the AFL-CIO during the 2012 election cycle, designed Digital products at NGP VAN, and administered the DNC national voter file software during the 2008 cycle.

Mike lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife, daughter, and dog. Mike is an amateur chef, jangle pop guitarist, and a diehard fan of both the Washington Nationals and the band The National.


Michael Chock, Executive Vice President, MIQ

Michael Chock is the EVP of USA for MiQ. Michael has been instrumental in establishing the North American offices, growing the US sales team, and expanding MiQ's presence across five regional Markets. Michael began his career on the operational and development side at Adconion Direct where he gained a crucial understanding of the ad tech landscape and gained hands-on education building their first SSP. Michael is passionate about the evolution of programmatic as it grows beyond a platform for buying and selling media to a platform that enables real time business decisions and research.


Chris Copley, Senior Director of Marketing, American Kidney Fund

Probably like you and many of your nonprofit colleagues, Chris has worn several hats during his career in the nonprofit sector. He has worked in graphic design, media/public relations, fundraising, volunteer management, digital marketing and event planning. Currently, Chris is the Director of Marketing for the American Kidney Fund, the nation’s leading nonprofit working on behalf of the 30 million Americans with kidney disease. He uses his broad range of experience to understand how marketing supports all functions of a nonprofit and develops strategies that are data-driven, audience-focused and action oriented.


Justin McCord, Vice President, Digital & Marketing Strategy, RKD

Justin is an industry leading marketer, with more than a decade of guiding commercial and nonprofit organizations. As a strategist at RKD, Justin works closely with a number of nonprofit organizations to unlock their brand potential, providing both strategic planning expertise and management of marketing solutions to help meet individualized client goals.

Justin is a frequent speaker and contributor within the nonprofit marketing industry, as well as a soccer nerd.


Jean Qiao, Digital Marketing Officer, Women for Women International

Jean Qiao has over 8 years of experience in the world of digital fundraising. She spends her days helping raise money via online channels to help the most marginalized women in countries affected by war and conflict. Previously, she has managed email marketing programs at Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign and the Center for American Progress. She also specializes in finding best animal GIF for any occasion.


Stephanie Drahan, Account Executive, MWD Agency

Stephanie Drahan, Online Account Executive at MWD Agency, has over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of marketing, communications, and policy across advocacy nonprofit organizations, membership associations, and the public sector. Prior to working with MWD, Stephanie worked at the League of Women Voters, National Women’s Law Center, Association of Reproductive Health Professionals, and at the Massachusetts State House as a Legislative Aide to a State Representative. Stephanie has a B.A. in Women’s Studies from Skidmore College and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston in Women in Politics and Public Policy.

Katie Dunne, Online Account Executive at MWD Agency is a fundraising professional with experience in both digital and direct mail channels – across three continents! Previously managing campaigns for Save the Children Australia, and Cancer Research UK, Katie’s current clients include The SETI Institute, Be The Match Foundation and Women for Women International. Katie has a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.

Lucy Caldwell is Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President at Crowdskout, where she oversees all customer-facing operations and strategy, as well as various company-wide growth initiatives. A veteran of the campaigns and advocacy industry herself, Lucy has run grassroots, legislative and ballot initiative campaigns in over thirty states and on the national level. She frequently speaks and writes on the collision of technology and issue-moving and what it means for today's campaign and advocacy professionals.

Colleen Hutchings, Vice President, Interactive Department
Colleen manages the online fundraising programs for clients including the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, AAUW, Mayo Clinic, Alley Cat Allies and other prestigious national nonprofits. Prior to joining CCAH she worked on the digital fundraising programs for NARAL Pro-Choice America, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, EMILY’s List and EWG. She is committed to building high-performing, goal-oriented omnichannel campaigns for her clients. Colleen is a co-chair of the annual DMAW Digital Day Forum and also has a strong public speaking record including conducting trainings at Netroots Nation, NTC, BBCon, Bridge, and the DMANF. She has been featured as Marketing ADVents’ Member Spotlight and published in NonProfitPro.


Rachel Kottler, Digital Account Manager, Lautman Maska Neill & Company

As Digital Account Manager, Rachel brings her passion for fundraising and new media to life managing the digital campaigns for many of our non-profit clients including the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and the Human Rights Campaign.

Prior to coming to Lautman, Rachel worked at Leadership for Educational Equity where she played a key role in launching new digital fundraising strategies. She also served as a data liaison, created dashboards in Salesforce, wrote surveys and conducted data analysis. A proud alumna of Teach for America, Rachel once taught first grade and started a dance program.

Rachel is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of George Washington University where she earned a degree in Political Communications and double minored in Spanish and Journalism. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking, going to museums, trying new restaurants, and exercising.


Michael Sabbat, Founder and CEO, @mssg

Michael Sabat has worked in the messaging space for a decade. He started working with SMS campaigns in 2008 at Mobile Commons. He was the first account manager and helped hundreds of organizations launch thousands of SMS campaigns.

Recently he started @Mssg (At Message), which is a platform that helps digital directors and digital marketers use Facebook Messenger for marketing and communications outcomes.

Michael believes that messaging is the marketing and communications channel for mobile. His mission is to help organizations understand the channel and launch successful messaging campaigns.

Donna Arriaga, Senior Director, Nonprofit Digital Strategy, PMX Agency

Donna is a digital strategist with a passion for wielding tech and digital strategies for social good. For the past 10 years, she has developed and launched digital marketing strategies for national nonprofits, local organizations and SMBs, specializing in strategy, hyper-personalization, marketing automation and analytics.


Rosa Del Angel, VP, Digital Marketing, Beaconfire RED

As Vice President of Digital Marketing for Beaconfire RED, Rosa oversees the vision and leadership of our digital direct response services. She has been running large-scale digital engagement and fundraising campaigns for nonprofits for more than 14 years with organizations like Human Rights Watch, CARE, the American Diabetes Association, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and The Nature Conservancy, among others. Rosa focuses on growing digital programs with aggressive digital fundraising and subscriber acquisition targets, and high impact engagement.

Prior to joining Beaconfire RED, she served as Client Success Manager at Blackbaud, List Growth Manager at, and Director of Internet Communications at Amnesty International USA. Rosa also has extensive experience as a digital writer: from website content and email copy, to social media, search ads and blog posts. Rosa’s digital career started at Terra Networks, a leading global digital media company that produces content across multiple platforms in 18 countries.
