PCC Days 2025: Energy, Connection, and the Future of Mail

September 16, 2025

This year’s PCC Days 2025 celebrations were filled with energy, passion, and a shared commitment to keeping the mailing industry strong and innovative. Across the country, Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) hosted events that reminded us just how vital these partnerships are in connecting businesses, marketers, and the U.S. Postal Service.

A key highlight was the message from newly appointed Postmaster General Steiner, who emphasized USPS’s renewed commitment to deepening its relationship with PCCs. PCCs are local chapters comprised of both industry and postal professionals with high standards for promoting best practices. His vision is clear: PCCs are the bridge between the Postal Service and the mailing industry creating a two-way channel of communication, education, and collaboration. Industry speakers also emphasized the importance of navigating the client experience with services like mail tracking and stressing that undeliverable mail is unacceptable, - these are some of the thoughts that are being kicked around to help with this challenging mail environment. With USPS’s support, PCCs will continue to offer even more valuable programs, resources, and networking opportunities to help members succeed.

For businesses, the message is simple – PCC involvement isn’t optional; it’s essential. Whether you’re a mailer, marketer, or nonprofit, PCCs deliver practical insights on postal innovations, upcoming products, compliance changes, and marketing strategies that directly impact your success. Educational sessions, peer-to-peer learning, and direct access to postal leadership make PCC membership a game-changer.

And let’s not forget the community. PCC events are buzzing with professionals who share ideas, exchange solutions, and collaborate on how to maximize the impact of mail in today’s competitive market. These aren’t just contacts – they’re relationships that often turn into lasting partnerships.

As PCC Days 2025 showed us from chapters across the nation, the future of mail is about more than moving pieces from Point A to Point B. It’s about innovation, trust, and building stronger connections together. Now is the perfect time to join your local PCC, get involved, and experience firsthand the opportunities it brings. This is a relationship that will pay off – not just today, but well into the future of our industry.
