Part of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington D.C., the Young Direct Marketers Association of Washington (YDMAW) represents a dynamic forum, association, and collective for individuals actively engaged in direct marketing and who fall within the age bracket of 35 or under. This vibrant and forward-thinking organization aims to foster collaboration, and professional development among young professionals in the field of direct marketing, providing them with a platform to connect, learn, and grow in their careers.

Jessica Stober
Jessica is a Senior Digital Strategist at Moore, where she works with nonprofits to develop cross-channel fundraising strategies online and alongside Direct Mail. She has been involved with DMAW since 2017, joined the YDMAW Advisory Council in 2021, and received DMAW’s Rising Star Award in 2022. Jessica grew up in North Carolina and got her Marketing and Communications degree at Elon University, but D.C. is her second home of nearly eight years. Zakeia Rodgers
Zakeia is the direct marketing manager at the Animal Legal Defense Fund, a national animal protection nonprofit. As a member of the DMAW Young Professionals Advisory Board, Zakeia has eight years experience as a nonprofit direct marketing professional, specifically managing integrated digital and direct mail fundraising programs. Victoria Vincent
Victoria is the Sales Operations Manager at RKD Group, a organization that focuses on transforming and accelerating non-profit fundraising. She is located in Washington, DC, and is a member of the DMAW Young Professional Advisory Board. Matt Kahn
Matt is the Direct Marketing Director at NRCC. He is located in Washington, DC, and is a member of the DMAW Young Professional Advisory Board. Matt comes with over six years of experience in direct marketing, with a focus on breaking down cross-channel silos and continuing to find omni-channel solutions within the marketplace. Aidan Wheeler
Aidan Wheeler is Associate Director, Business Development at SimioCloud, a Division of Moore where he manages fundraising campaigns for nonprofit and political organizations. He also serves as Board Liaison and Advisory Council Member for the YDMAW and recently received the 2023 Rising Star Award at DMAW’s annual, Best of Direct. Prior to beginning his career at Moore, Wheeler attended Hillsdale College where he completed internships in the Office of the Secretary of Labor and the White House. Katie Tamaro
Katie Tamaro is the Digital Fundraising Manager at Citymeals on Wheels, an organization dedicated to providing meals and vital companionship to homebound elderly in New York City. She has also served on the YDMAW Advisory Board since 2022 and is passionate about helping other young professionals find their place in the direct marketing industry.
