A few seats left for Nov Luncheon

If you’ve ever wondered how consumers make their buying decisions, you won’t want to miss our November DMAW luncheon – it’s the last one for 2010! It starts at noon, this Thursday, November 18th at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Seating is limited to just 45 people and we usually sell out, so if you haven’t reserved your place, let me urge you to do so NOW!

Our speaker will be Janet Tonner, Senior Analyst at Vertis Communications, a national leader in targeted advertising and marketing. Using Vertis’ proprietary Customer Focus research, Janet will share a generational look at how consumers investigate products and services, and how they decide to buy. (Hint: whether buying car insurance or a bottle of shampoo, consumers are turning to multiple media to inform their purchases.)

During this eye-opening session, you’ll come to understand the critical importance of relevant cross-channel messaging — in direct mail, email, and Internet communications — to spur readers to take the action you want them to take. For those of you working in the nonprofit sector, Janet will take a special look at how the recipients of fundraising mail behave.

The information and take-aways that you will gain will serve as a great foundation for planning your 2011 campaigns!

Again, our November luncheon is just 48 hours away, so don’t delay. Reserve your place today!

Best regards,
